My name is Christina and I am the founder of SocHER Fitness. I started SocHER Fitness because I want to help female soccer players improve their fitness to decrease risk of injury and out play their opponents. Female soccer players are generally not given the same training opportunities at the youth, high school and club level. There are not many programs that expose young female athletes to strength training programs before the collegiate level. The lack of strength and conditioning training within this population leads to an increase risk of injury, decreased knowledge of proper injury recovery, and not performing to their optimal level due to a decrease in general fitness. I want to give young female soccer players a better opportunity and change the future of how women soccer players train. Let's change the future of women's soccer together!

Hi everyone! I grew up playing soccer and have a passion for the game. I am a Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. My goal is to educate and inspire women soccer players to improve their fitness to decrease risk of injury and out play their opponents.
